Young people with learning disabilities and young autistic people aged 10 to 25 years old.
We are currently only accepting new young people aged 10 - 17.
We meet up once a month on Saturdays, at The Albany in Deptford. The sessions are free and you can choose what you want to do.
Please arrive at 1pm so we can all start Do Your Own Thing together!

The Do Your Own Thing Co-producers meet to make decisions about young people’s work at Heart n Soul. It’s a space to share your ideas, get your voice heard and represent everyone at Do Your Own Thing. Anyone who comes to Do Your Own Thing regularly can become a co-producer!

We had an amazing day bringing good energy (and a bit of good chaos) to Whitehall and Trafalgar Square. Do Your Own Thing was invited to be part of artist Jeremy Deller’s project: The Triumph of Art, in partnership with the National Gallery.
