More about the performers:

Sam Castell-Ward

Bringing you distinct folk punk, his songs give a direct and personal perspective on major issues. He addresses inequality head on; targeting themes like corruption, austerity and discrimination.

Louella JC

London based singer/songwriter and musician creating stories that hone in on the darker details of everyday lives. Songs of social injustice, love, rage, nightmares and beauty – accompanied on guitar, banjo and ukelele.

“There is a refreshing honesty about Louella, her songwriting and her performance style. She possesses the gift of conveying her compassion without recourse to sentimentality or soapbox posturing. I emerged from repeated listens to Louella’s CD much enriched by her empathetic life vision” – Folk London Magazine.
