In-house:
Weekly creative and performance opportunities for people with a learning disability to express themselves in areas of music, theatre, design, and digital arts; based at the Albany Theatre.

Outreach:
Co-led by arts professionals and company members, in various media; available accompanying a touring package, or following-on from a residency.

Satellite:
Following and building on the momentum of outreach work. Croydon Clockwatch, Jackson’s Lane, and Real World are now established groups with their own distinct identity.

Residencies:
As part of an integrated and collaborative strategy, we provide intensive participatory arts workshops, leading to a quality performance. They can run in arts venues, theatres and festivals for 2-5 days with up to 30 participants. Residencies can lead to the development of a regular performing arts group.

Venue awareness training:
Practical sessions for staff, relating to work with learning disabled audiences and performers; part of all touring; integral to mid-scale venue and mainstream development.Pre-production recording facility:
We are establishing a facility to offer new opportunities for performers with a learning disability to record and document their work.
