We went to Manchester and Liverpool, John 'O’Groats and Edinburgh. We asked people on the street questions about their town, like if it’s changed or not. We also went to a farm and saw pigs. I enjoyed going to Blackpool and ballroom dancing. I danced with Janet.

Heart ‘n Soul means a lot to me because music is my life and career. I’ve been here since 1986 and the name ‘Heart ‘n Soul’ is from one of my songs. We go touring all over the place and meet new friends. We don’t just meet English friends we meet European friends too. Last September we went to the Disability Eurovision Song Contest and competed against 10 different countries. We sang Janet’s song ‘Feel the Music’.

I love performing and teaching other people. I’m now teaching Dizzy Hearts about music every Wednesday.
