I’m 26 now but I’ve been with Heart and Soul since I was at school. I joined Heart ‘n Soul’s youth group and then become a member of Dizzy Hearts.

I enjoyed the filming but was a bit sad because I missed my boyfriend Steven a lot.

The best thing about the filming was going up Mount Snowdon by train. When we reached the top it was a bit scary and very cold. It was also foggy so we couldn’t see much.

I sang an S-Club 7 song at Karaoke in front of lots of builders! I wasn’t nervous singing in front of them!

I was really happy to do the film because I made friends, especially with Pino and Danny.
