Sainsbury's fun

• Earlier in the year Heart n Soul was selected as Sainsbury's New Cross Gate charity of the year.
• On August bank holiday we held a carnival themed fundraising event at the store. There was face painting, the art zone and music from the BLT crew. A group of participants and parents helped out on the day too. Overall we raised £517, which was a fantastic result and a record for the store.

Zoe Gilmour, Arts Development Manager said: “It was lovely to meet Sainsbury's staff and customers. It was also a great opportunity for the staff to start building relationships with our artists and to understand the power of what we do.”
