Organisation away day

• On 16th May we had an organisation away day. Staff, trustees and a selection of the artists and trainers we work with came along.
• We used a way of working called Open Space to talk about what is most important for Heart n Soul in the future.
• Seamus Smyth planned the session and made the day run smoothly.
