People in Real Roles have added a lot to the culture of Heart n Soul as an organisation. They have helped us to work together better and to focus on our goals; they have helped us to communicate better and to be more successful.

Heart n Soul has been sharing the success of Real Roles with local authorities and arts organisations since 2007. In October we launched the Real Roles website with the IDeA (Improvement and Development Agency). This is a place where people can work together to make new Real Roles for people in local authorities, the arts world and businesses across the UK.
