We share the way we work with organisations that want to learn from us in a project called Let's Get Together and through our consultancy services.

Since 2003 we have been making sure that people with learning disabilities are involved in every area of the company's work – from production to office and leadership roles. This is now being shared within and beyond the arts through our Real Roles campaign.

Young people can get involved with The Squidz Club, and Our Scene, a project co-run by young people that helps grow new talent and that gives disadvantaged young people confidence and aspirations.
