Heart n Soul Dance is a performance company led by dance creator (choreographer) Fiona Findlay.

Dance has always been part of Heart n Soul, but in 2005 a new group was formed to focus just on this art form.

The dancers work together with Fiona to create ideas and to make new pieces. What's exciting about the company is that it is always changing, so lots of dancers have the opportunity to take part.

So far Heart n Soul Dance have made three pieces – Beachwhere, Signals and Lonely Hearts. They have all been performed at
The Beautiful Octopus Club.
