Parents and teachers were given a lecture on the benefits of teaching music and dance to encourage creativity in children with special needs at the Hope Institute for Handicapped Children in Isa Town. The event was conducted by British music-theatre company Heart 'n Soul whose founder member Pino Frumiento, director Mark Williams and development manager Zoe Gilmour were here at the invitation of the British Council. Twenty youngsters, aged 12 to 14, from the Hope Institute, the NBB Centre for the Disabled and the Rehabilitation Centre also took part in a three-day workshop.
